This global real estate company had developed and built a complex portfolio of major commercial and residential properties in a major American city. It required a crisis communications plan to address a wide range of potential disruptions, from power outages to fires and labor unrest.
We conducted an assessment of each property, of the protocols in place by each partner and building manager and provided an overarching assessment of the “risk profile” and level of preparedness. We then created a crisis communications management and response plan with a detailed Working Group architecture and then conducted a management leadership team training session.
