The new CEO of a global leisure and entertainment company listed on the AIM in London wanted to make acquisitions but didn’t have the buy-in of his senior management team who were skeptical of changes to the company structure.


Montieth & Company planned and convened three offsite strategy consulting service meetings with the CEO for the senior management team to define the M&A strategy, including initial acquisitions, merger integration and brand reconciliation.


As a result of our M&A strategy consulting services, the Company was able to formulate a strategy that was supported by the Board and make a number of successful acquisitions, with improved communication and teamwork among the senior management team.
