by New York/London,December 7, 2016—Montieth & Company, a specialist communications consultancy, announced today the addition of marketing communications expert Richard England as a Senior Advisor to the growing firm. The addition of new Senior Advisors comes as part of Montieth & Company’s continued expansion in the UK, Europe, and globally, including the opening of a new office in London, a corporate rebranding, and the launch of a new website.

Richard began his career in London where he worked for Biddick Associates, a boutique financial PR agency representing small to medium-sized enterprises among the media, analyst, and stockbroking communities.
In 2002, he moved to Standard Life Investments, the global asset manager. Working within SLI’s press office headquartered in Edinburgh, Richard built up several years’ experience in media relations across equities, bonds, real estate, private equity, and multi-asset investing. Towards the end of his decade at Standard Life Investments, Richard was responsible for building up a network of PR agencies across Europe and the US, as well as raising the profile of SLI’s UK wholesale business.
In 2013, Richard joined Core-Asset Consulting, a financial sector recruitment specialist based in Edinburgh. As Communications Director, he is responsible for all activities across the communications mix, including media relations, marketing, client relations, public affairs, and internal communications.
