Situation
A U.K.-based online gambling public company was subject to a grand jury investigation involving the DOJ, FBI and IRS which ultimately led to an indictment and Congressional action.
Solution
We created and managed a public advocacy program to legalize online gaming and advised on legislative and legal issues. At the same time, while providing legal online gambling support, we provided management advisory work and assisted the CEO and management team with an M&A strategy focused on the APAC market.
