Aniya is an Associate at Montieth & Company, working with clients across professional services and financial services.

She brings a foundation in public relations and client service across a diverse range of industries. Before joining M&Co, Aniya has supported clients in local government, nonprofit, clean energy, climate tech, and consumer sectors, developing strategic communications that elevate brand visibility and engagement. Her cross-industry experience has shaped her interest in working with organizations that create meaningful impact.

Aniya earned her Bachelor of Arts in Journalism at Howard University in Washington, D.C., with a minor in Political Science. A New York native — she enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and staying connected to culture through media and storytelling.
