A leading provider of mobile messaging text capture services needed PR support for the launch of its fully customizable and scalable SaaS-based solution. This offering empowers organizations to achieve regulatory compliance as they increasingly adopt modern communication tools to grow their businesses. 

Solution

To generate positive attention to the launch of their compliance platform, Montieth & Company developed a marketing communications and PR program designed to connect the client with the interests and experiences of their key stakeholders. This included crafting strategic messaging to educate the media about the service and the specific challenges it addresses, as well as developing an earned media program to effectively distribute these messages. Additionally, we advised on marketing materials, such as infographics and website content. 

Once we established the strategic narrative, we executed a targeted media distribution strategy to ensure the message reached the appropriate audiences. Given that the client was a startup with minimal brand recognition, our approach began with leveraging trade media and compliance-related podcasts. This step allowed the client to build a strong foundation for later outreach to top-tier media outlets.
