Our client was appointed to exercise oversight over a landlord’s efforts to improve living conditions in individual apartments and required an expert in urban public affairs. This landlord has been sued multiple times, resulting in the involvement of federal, state, and local elected officials in advocating for the buildings’ residents.
Solution
Montieth & Company built a government relations program centered around urban public affairs that enabled our client to build and manage relationships with politicians and then facilitate a collaboration with the landlord in question.
