A fintech firm wanted to raise its brand awareness and launch its product in New York. However, it faced challenges because the service tied to the fintech product launch was not widely known. It knew who its customers were but needed to know how to get to them with an effective stakeholder engagement strategy.


Our public affairs program provided them with visibility into the consumer market in New York that was within their reach at the outset of their launch. We created a public affairs communications strategy that combined a consumer targeting and brand messaging campaign with 5 mini-launches starting with New York City – the most densely populated consumer market.


We reached out to elected officials that represent areas in the five boroughs that we prioritized in our campaign, all aligned with the client’s brand messaging, and centered around their product launch which started building their brand awareness and eliminated any potential for criticism stemming from public misinformation.
