Situation
An educational institution was investigated by a state regulator who denied renewal of its license to operate. The client filed suit against the regulator, prevailed, and the license renewed. In addition, two class action cases were brought against the institution in this education lawsuit.
Solution
In this education lawsuit, we undertook significant work in stakeholder and media relations, and crisis management training for the management team, while providing PR support.
Results
The education lawsuit was eventually settled with the state regulator.
