Situation

A major data and analytics company was looking to raise awareness of its fraud and AML prevention solutions among financial services clients.

Solution

Initially, we provided support in the U.S., but the program was flexibly expanded to include EMEA, with a focus on French and German speaking markets. Then in early 2018, the company made a significant acquisition and asked us to manage the entire communications portfolio in the U.S. and EMEA, including the U.K.

Results

Through a matrixed team structure, our U.S., U.K., French and German teams have secured high-profile media coverage in multiple markets and languages, including The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, NPR, The Times, Handelsblatt and L’Agefi. We constantly share ideas between the London and New York offices for content and media to efficiently create high-impact PR campaigns. We helped the company to grow in global markets, particularly those where they did not have as much brand awareness, including France, Germany and APAC. We also assisted in the brand messaging on a number of acquisitions.
