Montieth & Company Names Attorney as Advisor to Litigation Practice

New York/London, December 7, 2016—Montieth & Company, a specialist communications consultancy, announced today the addition of attorney Paul M. Kaplan as a Senior Advisor to the growing firm. The addition of a new litigation advisor to the firm’s advisory board, comes as part of Montieth & Company’s continued expansion, including the opening of a new office in London, a corporate rebranding, and the launch of a new website.

Paul M. Kaplan, Of Counsel at Locke Lord LLP, has over 30 years of experience with major law firms and corporations in the United States and Europe. His law practice includes business litigation and dispute resolution, antitrust litigation and counseling, class actions, and white-collar defense and criminal investigations. Locke Lord LLP is an international law firm with over 800 lawyers in 23 cities worldwide.

Paul represents domestic and foreign financial institutions and corporations and their directors and officers in federal and state litigation and regulatory matters and has advised them on the antitrust aspects of mergers and acquisitions, as well as a broad range of industries on general antitrust matters. His previous roles include vice president at Citibank, NA (Citigroup) in the General Counsel’s Office and at J.P. Morgan Chase (Chemical Bank), where he was group counsel in the bank’s Middle Market/Financial Services Group. From 1991 to 2011, Paul was an Adjunct Professor at Fordham Law School.
