Montieth & Company is providing Cloudwith.me with integrated ICO marketing services, cross-border media relations, thought-leadership, and legal and regulatory affairs counsel in multiple money and media center markets, including the U.S., Canada, U.K., Continental Europe, Singapore, and China.
Montieth & Company’s work includes counsel advising Cloudwith.me on the Securities and Exchange Commission’s recent 21(a) investigation and opinion on whether or not such tokens can be considered securities under federal securities laws through its corporate and financial communications practice.
Cloudwith.me, based in Dublin, Ireland, provides managed cloud services. The company plans to bring decentralized peer-to-peer internet cloud services into the mainstream. Following its ICO launch, the Cloud token can be used to pay for access to the cloud at 50% of the cost through Cloudwith.me’s platform. This is the first ICO from a non-blockchain company and the first cryptocurrency with the utility to be used immediately.
