Trey McHazlett

Trey is an Associate at Montieth & Company and provides day-to-day support across different accounts. He conducts media research and assists with content creation, website design and development processes and media monitoring.

Prior to joining the company, Trey was a Research Assistant and Funded Graduate Student at the College of Media & Communication at Texas Tech University. During his graduate and undergraduate studies, Trey was President of The Tech Student Democrats and has spearheaded the development of social media campaigns for local officials which inspired his independent research project “Social Media Research and the (Potential) Future of Social Media Regulation.”

Trey graduated with his M.A. in mass communications and his B.A. Public Relations from Texas Tech University. He lives in Queens with his cat and enjoys working on his car and biking through the city in his free time.
