Katarina Matic

Katarina helps lead the company’s key operations, HR, compliance and corporate culture initiatives in addition to spearheading strategic communications and integrated marketing programs for the firm’s global clients. She works across professional services, public affairs, industrial, compliance, investigations, real estate, litigation, tech, infrastructure, and renewable energy sectors. Katarina works across six practice groups and leads the Public Affairs and Branding and Website Development work.

Before joining M&Co in 2018, she held various positions in federal, state and city governments, and has worked in the non-profit sector. Katarina has extensive experience in policy analysis, legislation, community and government relations, stakeholder engagement as well as grassroots organizing. Katarina was a Chief of Staff in the New York State Assembly. She also worked for a senior member of the U.S. Congress in both district and legislative offices in Washington D.C. and New York, as well as in the New York City Council.

Katarina grew up in Serbia and speaks three languages. In her free time, she goes to Soul Cycle and takes care of her french bulldog Percy.
