Since launching in February 2021, Montieth SPRG has attracted global organizations who see the value of the agency’s integrated, flexible, efficient cross-border PR services and solutions. Those clients also work with partner agency M&Co in North America and UK/EMEA.
Montieth Illingworth, CEO of Montieth & Company and Co-Founder of Montieth SPRG, says, “Leslie has a deep understanding of APAC’s media markets and knows how to build brand awareness for companies across sectors. His grasp of the regional and cultural nuances makes Leslie highly valuable to our clients, and I’m proud that he’s joined our global team to accelerate our growth even faster.”
Richard Tsang, Co-Founder of Montieth SPRG adds that “companies with little or no presence in APAC continue to see the attraction of the region’s markets. How to build a corporate profile and leverage media and marketing activity for commercial ends remains a challenge for many such firms. Montieth SPRG helps non-APAC headquartered firms overcome those challenges, and Leslie’s appointment adds to the weight of senior counsel that the agency can offer.”
Leslie notes, “Having led both agency and in-house teams for many years, I’m relishing the opportunity to build on Montieth SPRG’s fantastic start in the Hong Kong and wider APAC money and media markets. There is huge opportunity to offer something unique for firms needing PR support in the region, namely integrated and impactful media relations counsel and support on a global scale.”
